Over the last couple of years, the Restaurant and Brasserie have continuously been updated and refurbished to the classic but contemporary look which Chapters are renowned for
In March 2005, we refurbished the restaurant & brasserie – The old Tapas Bar was replaced by a comfortable and tastefully decorated Brasserie with bespoke artwork around the room.
In October 2007, we refurbished the restaurant, completely changing the look by replacing the soft furnishings.
In January 2008, we have given the brasserie, a new coat of paint to freshen up the delightful and comfortable surroundings.
The restaurant seats 30 diners who prefer a more formal gourmet service & dining experience, and is ideal whether your reservation is for business, romance or just because you love fine dining.
The Brasserie seats 50 diners and is close to the Wine Bar where guests prefer the more relaxed and casual side to eating out.
We have a restaurant licence so you can stay at your table to enjoy drinks after your meal or you can retire to the Terraced Garden.
Both the restaurant and Brasserie are served by a superb Bang and Olufsen music system, to provide the right quality sound for just the right ambience.
